Rental arrangements

Weekly charters normally change over on Sundays. The charter begins at 16:00 and ends at 15:00. Other days and times can be agreed separately, subject to availability.

The yacht is handed over clean, fuelled and ready to sail. The renter returns it in the same condition within the agreed rental period. The equipment and features are introduced at handover, when the rental agreement is also signed.

Payments and payment schedule

The renter receives a booking confirmation. From Vuokravene.com’s side, the booking is confirmed once the booking invoice has been paid by its due date.

• The booking payment is 30% of the total rental price, payable within seven days of receiving the order, unless otherwise agreed.
• The balance is due 14 days before the charter begins.
• If the charter starts in one month or less, the full rental price is invoiced in a single invoice, payable within seven days, unless otherwise agreed.

Cancellations and excess

• The booking payment is non-refundable if the charter starts in one month or less.
• The rental payment is non-refundable if the charter starts in fewer than 14 days.
• The renter’s maximum excess in the event of damage or breakage is €2,200.
